In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gainey Burch and Margaret Jean Ratcliff Burch of Greenwood, SC.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Sumner Burch of Greenwood, SC; his daughter Sumner Burch Herzberg (Brice) of Greenwood, SC; his aunt Robin Ratliff Tennyson (Jim Tennyson) of Edisto Island, SC; and his siblings, Rad Burch (Sarena Burch) of West Columbia, SC and Alison Burch Lynch (Don Lynch) of Edisto Island, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and multiple dogs and cats.
