He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Seabolt and Annie Mae Smallwood Moore; his son Robert Seabolt; his granddaughter Catherine Yates; his adoptive parents, Clyde Harvley and Christine Harvley; his siblings, Judy Artis, Geraldine Pope and Bill Templeton; his brother-in-law Danny Pope; his nephew Scotty Pope; and his great-nephew Dustin Pope.
He is survived by : his children, Tammy Baughman (Chuck Nieman), John "Johnny" Seabolt, Jr., Melinda "Kathy" Barnett (Stacey), Thomas "Michael" Seabolt (Aleisha) and Melissa Ann Seabolt; his grandchildren, Shayne Seabolt, Deliylah Seabolt, Taylor Garrison, Bradley McClinton, Ashley Gauvin, Jordan Tullis, Starlin Dalampasig and Nevaeh Gary; and his great grandchildren, Anna, Emma and Bali.
