He was predeceased by: his father Charles Wilber Hipp, Sr.; and his siblings, Charles Wilber Hipp, Jr. (Margie) and Elise Hipp Hester (Lawrence). He is survived by: his son John T. Hipp, Jr. (Tiffany Hipp) of Hampton, SC; and his grandchildren, John Thomas Hipp, III of Hampton and Havner Hipp of Hampton.
