He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred M. Ellenburg and Ophelia Waldrop Ellenburg; his former wife Mignon Sweezy Ellenburg; his son John Rodney Ellenburg; and his brother Fred Ellenburg.
He is survived by: his wife Cherri Clem Ellenburg; his daughters, Jennifer Ellenburg Fleming (Kevin) of Ninety Six and Stephanie Dove Green (Stacey) of Ninety Six; and his grandchildren, Brycen Fleming, Cody Fleming, Laural Fleming, Zane Green and AJay Green.
