He is survived by: his wife Gail Rachels Carruth; his children, Angie Carruth of Greenwood, Dennis Humphries (Tracy) of Greenwood, Jennifer Taylor of Greenwood, Melissa Humphries (Keith Sullivan) of Greenwood, Bryan Carruth (Emily) of Greenwood and Larry David Carruth, Jr. (Michelle) of Austin, TX.; his siblings, Ann Sprouse of Greenwood, Carol Ricks of Greenwood, Jane Wicker of Hartwell, GA. and Dean Carruth (Brenda) of Hartwell, GA.; his grandchildren, Carley DeLoach, Chase Carruth, Victoria Carruth, Nathan Humphries, Courtney Bennefield, Jessica Taylor, Brittany George, Jordan Thomas and Brooklyne Callahan; and his friend Lewis McCoy. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
