With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lee Stewart Murph of Greenwood, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2026 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian L. Murph and Edna Stewart Murph; and his grandson Garrison Murph. He is survived by: his wife Gail Cox Murph; his sons, Wiley Murph (Julia) of Bluffton and Leon Murph of Hartsville; his siblings, Martha George of Seneca and Alan Murph of Petersburg, AK; and his grandchildren, Madeline Murph, Taylor Murph, Calhoun Murph and Reid Murph.
