He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Davis and Julia Kate Wolling Davis; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Pouncey, Kay Bryan Matthews and James "Jimmy" Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his son Christopher Davis (Molly) of Denver, CO; his siblings, Nelle Davis Boone and John G. Davis (Cecille) of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Charlotte Davis and Riley Davis; and his niece Kendra Keeney.
