He was predeceased by : his parents, Lewis Jennings Price and Eunice Johnston Price; his siblings, Evelyn Braxton and Elwood Price; and his son-in-law Melvin Whitley.
He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Braxton Price; his children, Gerald Price (Cindy), Barbara Whitley and Dennis Price (Anita); his sister Nellie Hoenes (Karl); his granddaughter Heather Frankle (Jesse); and his great grandchild Matthew Frankle.
