With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Giles Richards (Greenwood, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2026 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her husband Barry Roy Richards, Sr.; her parents, John Lester Giles and Mabel Margaret Rambo Giles; and her siblings, Edwin Giles, William Giles, Elizabeth Smiley and Olive Byczek.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Rae Richards, Amy Elizabeth Davis (Bryan) and Barry Roy Richards, Jr. (Cathy); her grandchildren, Rebecca Richards, Anneliese Auer (Brock), Megan Davis and Ryan Davis (Kayleena); and her great grandchild Mia Rose Davis.
