He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Willingham and Martha Kathleen Hamilton Willingham; and his brothers, Andy, Dale and Phillip Willingham.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Simpson Willingham; his daughters, Amy Willingham Driggers (Brent) of Spartanburg and Ashley Willingham Turner (Jason) of Spartanburg; his grandchildren, Graham, Beckett Driggers, Reagan, Corley, Cooper and Ren Turner; his siblings, Doug Willingham (Pam) of Enoree and Robin Thompson of Beaufort; and his in-laws, Debbie Willingham, Kay Willingham, Margaret Simpson, Jack, Cheryl Simpson, Cyndie, Tommy Bryan, Jane and Chuck Hall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
