He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Joe" Judy and Marie Horne Judy; his daughter Sandi Lee Judy; his siblings, Ethel O'Shield, Edgar Judy and Larry Judy; and his grandson Hunter Buchanan.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Judy; his children, Henry "Lynn" Gibert, Jr. (Deanna Horn) of Greenwood, Lisa Buchanan (Dean) of Ninety Six and Wendy Parris (Travis) of Ninety Six; his brother Donnie Judy (Linda) of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Justin Gibert (Olivia), Cameron Gibert (Chandler), Joshua Buchanan, Zach Judy, Dixie Parris and Caden Crawford; his great grandchild Hollee Gibert; his close friend Robbie Alexander; and his pet Fat Boy. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
