Hazlett of Dayton, OH; her siblings, John Robert Somsel of Madison, AL, Richard Somsel (Jeffery Roush) of Tampa, FL, Cindy Aleshire (James) of Prosperity, SC and Patrick Somsel (Daniel DeForge) of Tampa, FL; her grandsons, Alexander Hazlett Blackwell of Sterling, VA and Charles Webster Hazlett of Dayton, OH; and her nephew Gregory Somsel of Madison, AL..
