He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Dalton Moore and Cynthia Diane Stennett Dominick; his stepmother Jeannie Moore; his brother Dillon Moore (Keri); his half-sister Taylor Freel; his grandmother Marie Stennett; his nieces and nephews, Remington, Azelynn, Kinleigh, Danielle, Everitt, Sean, Aiden, Ana-Rose and Arabella; his stepfather Mark Dominick; his stepsisters, Deja Dominick and Tiffany Dominick; his aunts, Eleanor Mitchell (Wayne), Amanda McAllister and Staci Moore; his uncle Barry Stennett (Angie); his cousins, Haylee, Brady, Jana, Jake, Scott and Ryan; and his pet Jasmine. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
