Ray Anderson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Anderson of Greenwood, South Carolina, who passed away on February 26, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Etha O. Welch and Raymond Wilford Anderson; his children, Donald Sisk and Margaret Haynie; and his brother Ethan Anderson.

He is survived by: his daughter Diane White; and his grandchildren, Charles Haynie "Skip" Jr. (Tina), Lisa Haynie Coker, Tina Haynie, Michael Haynie (Wendy), Regina Turner Davis (Patrick), Brandi Turner and Traci Haynie Temples (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, and great- great grandchildren.
