We bid farewell to Renate Barton of Greenwood, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 11, 2025 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Heinrich and Christine Heinrich; and her former husband Micheal D. Barton. She is survived by: her children, Christine Danner, Tina Barton, Micheal Barton (Teresa), Anita Rushton (Randy) and Del Barton; her grandchildren, Amand Gouldsmith (Danner), Brandon Danner (Amy Dalton), Jonathan Sanders (Amanda), Corey Barton (Alycia), Lacey Marie Warden, Shyann Barton and Andy Barton; her great grandchildren, Oliver Danner (Foster), Cameron Sanders, Wyatt Barton, Weston Sanders, Linkoln Barton, Wren Barton, Everleigh Warden and Ace Warden; her brother Erich Heinrich; and her nephew Marco Heinrich.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Renate's Home (112 Hitching Post Rd, Greenwood, SC 29646). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Gardens (3302 US-25, Hodges, SC 29653).
