He is survived by: his parents, William Spencer Franks, Sr. and Debra Joe Sims Franks; his siblings, Brent Driggers (Amy) of Lyman and Kelly Smith (Joe) of Honea Path; his grandmother Nellie Sowell; and his nieces and nephews, Graham and Beckett Driggers.
