It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Callaway (Greenwood, South Carolina), born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dilmus Baxter and Zonie Holden Baxter; and her siblings, Ruth Nell Strickland, Alma Watkins, Dot Montgomery, Gatha Mae Edwards, Delonie Gurley, Sue Dryden, Floyd Baxter and Henry Baxter.

She is survived by : her son Jimmy Callaway of Greenwood.
