He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McHugh and Rose Ann Moore McHugh of County Mayo, Ireland.; and his sister Dr. Rosemary Eileen McHugh. He is survived by: his sister Geraldine McHugh Kamys (Mike) of Chicago, IL.; his wife Gay; and his children, Kelly Massinople (Mike) of Charleston, WV, Katy Richards (Chris) of Strawberry Plains, TN, Molly Smith (Travis) of Greenwood, SC, RJ McHugh (Kim) and Maggie McClary (Phillip) of Charleston, SC..
This journey was also eased by the wonderful Rock Steady Boxing Program for Parkinson's at the YMCA of Greenwood, led by Jan Rushton.
