He is survived by: his wife Julie Leavitt Rankin; his children, Thomas Lee Rankin, II Juliann (Paula) and Bradford Leavitt Rankin (Priscilla); his sister JoAnn Goard (Ronnie); his sister-in-law Sandra Rankin; and his grandchildren, Noah Rankin, Luke Rankin, Marisa Rankin, Elizabeth Hudgens, Addison Hudgens and Emma Hudgens.
