He was predeceased by: his father James Francis; and his siblings, Keith Flanagan and Colleen Flanagan. He is survived by: his children, Kate Estes (Jeff) of Greenwood and Dustin Till (Deborah) of Portland; his grandchildren, Hannah, William, Matthew (Elisabeth), Timothy, David (Grace), Sarah, Noah, Mary Faith Estes and Henry Till; his great grandchild Priscilla Estes; and his brothers, Jim Flanagan and Kevin Flanagan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 201 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
