She was predeceased by: her husband Virgil Montague "Monty" Ouzts; her parents, Carl Kegley and Stella Parson Kegley; and her son Ronnie Capley. She is survived by: her children, Jill Carlisle, Vick Capley, Denette Evans and Larry Leek (Sonya); and her siblings, Pauletta Hall of Middleton, OH, Kathy Stapleton of Jonesville, VA and Marion Kegley of Pennington Gap, VA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
