It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Poore (Greenwood, South Carolina), who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Calvin and Virgie Bell Gibson Poore. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Alice Harbison Poore; his sons, Wayne Gregory "Greg" Poore (Laura Beth) of Greenwood and Travis Kyle Poore (Brandy) of Greenwood; his siblings, Ann McMahan (Brad) of Atlanta, GA, William Poore (Susan) of Greenwood and James Poore (Mary Alice) of Greenwood; and his grandson Robert James "R. J.".

Social distancing guidelines will be enforced and masks are required to be worn to enter the funeral home. Due to capacity limitations because of COVID, once our chapel has reached a safe social distancing capacity, a limited overflow area for viewing the livestream will be available at our Family Center located at 1101 Main Street S.
