He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lydia Richey Miller; his parents, Lynn Cook Devore (Ernest) and Danny Miller; his brother Jamie Miller (Lisa) of Greenwood; his stepsiblings, Ernie Devore and Jamie Devore of Hodges; his sibling's children, Chapin Smith (Holden) and Jamie Miller (Bri); his parents-in-law, Patty Poppell-Richey and Ernie Richey (Barbara); his siblings-in-law, Jonathan Richey, Kimberly Richey, Mary Rylander (Andrew) and Laura Hamilton; his stepmother Ann Miller; and his sibling's children, Eli Filler, Emmett Hamilton, Griffin Medford, Da'Marquis Hopkins and Catherine Clare Hamilton.
