Adkins (Greer, South Carolina), born in Lyman, South Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughie E. Adkins and Coney Williams Adkins; and his brother Don H. Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Turner Adkins; and his sister Eleanor Adkins Haton (Donald) of Greer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church of one's choice.
