He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jones and Katie Moore Coleman Jones; and his brother Jack Oates. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cook Coleman; his daughter Dianne Coleman Kuhl (Dana E. Kuhl) of Greer; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Oates of Ripley, Robbie Davis of Savannah, Tennessee and Tommy A. Cook (Ruth) of Savannah, Tennessee..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Wood Mortuary, Inc. (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wood Mortuary Chapel (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650).
