He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Sue Young; and his brother Floyd Young (Guy). He is survived by: his father Johnny Young; his wife Carolyn Young; his children, Karen D. Young, Kim E. Young, Katherine J. Young, Billy D. Young, Kayla T. Humphries and Kendra K. Byrd; and his brother Tommy Joe Young. He is also survived by seven grandsons; one granddaughter; and three great-grandsons.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens - Greer (14050 E Wade Hampton Blvd, Greer, SC 29651).
