She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Dennis Dobson, Sr. and Frances Emmeline McGill Dobson; and her nephew Allan McGill Dobson. She is survived by: her son Dr. Scott Emory Moore of Cleveland; her brother Edward Dennis Dobson, Jr. (Sandra) of Greenville; her nephew Jonathan Lyons Dobson (Kirstin) of Bellevue; and her friend David Vincent Duncan of Greer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Greer, South Carolina, and the Annual Fund of the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University of Cleveland, Ohio.
