Elizabeth Watkins Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Ludwick Watkins, 90, wife of the late Marshall Joseph "Red" Watkins, passed away December 19, 2021.
A native of Salisbury, North Carolina, daughter of the late Raymond E. and Florence Casper Ludwick, she was a retired employee of Union Carbide and a member of Victor United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, John W. Watkins (Linda) of Greer and Rev. Mike Watkins (Surada) of Greensboro, NC; two daughters, Marsha Kay Foster (David) of Simpsonville and Shirley Greer of Greer; a brother, John Ludwick of Salisbury, NC; a sister, Sue Wilson of Salisbury, NC; eleven grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by one daughter, Priscilla Ann Watkins and one granddaughter, Christie Denise Watkins.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Mike Watkins and Rev. Debbie Pisor. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held 10:00-10:45 a.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary.
The family is at their respective homes.
