It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Evelyn Salo (Greer, South Carolina), born in New York Mills, Minnesota, who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Andrew "AJ" Bisila and Asiah Love Salo; her daughter-in-law Alison Salo; and her siblings, Elias, Reuben Aho and Gladys Fraki.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Salo; her former husband Stephen Kurtti; her daughter Lisa Bisila (Tom); her grandchildren, Susan, Michael, Julee, Marcus and Waylyn Bisila; her children, Allen Salo (Natalie Brodsky) and Taymar Hannu (Dallen); her grandsons, Noble and Mason Hannu; her sons, Devin Salo and Stephen Salo (Leah); her grandchildren, Gage, Zane, Drayden and Zara Salo; and her siblings-in-law, Hazel, Nola Aho, Jesse Fraki and Roger Salo (Kayleen).
