With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Forest Edwards (Greer, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 5, 2025. She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Earl Edwards; her parents, William Wallace and Agnes Murphy Edwards; and her son Donald Edwards. She is survived by: her children, Betty E. Fisher (Tommy) of Inman and Tim Edwards of Greer. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Wood Mortuary, Inc. (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wood Mortuary Chapel (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650).
