She was predeceased by: her brothers, Roy and Robert Tripp. She is survived by: her husband Curtis C. Hipp; her son Charles D. Henderson (Alecia) of Lyman; her stepchildren, Tammy Davenport of Greer, Lesa Bright (Randy) of Greer and Curt Hipp of Greer; and her sisters, Irene Truman Taylor of Pelzer, Sue Benya of Alabama, Martha Ann Newsome of Central and Mary Jamerson of Greenville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Peoples Baptist Church, 310 Victor Avenue Ext., Greer, SC 29651.
