He was predeceased by: his former wife Diane Taylor Howell. He is survived by: his wife Doris Elaine Duncan Howell; his children, Gina Rodriguez (John) of Rio Rancho, Pam Borei (Chris) of Duncan, Colleen Salling (Chriss) of Greer and Dawson Kriska of Charlotte; his brothers, Herb Howell (Cathy) and Tim Howell (Carole) of Greer; and his grandchildren, Zachary Rodriguez, Wyatt Rodriguez, John Taylor Rodriguez, Henry Rodriguez, Oliver Salling and Emily Larson.
