He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Annette Young Willison; his parents, Leonard Merril and Elsie Olivia Semke Willison; his son Thomas Vaughn II; and his brother Howard Willison.
He is survived by: his children, Harry Morris (Cindy) of Stanford, Theresa Tisdale (Albert) of Monks Corner, Karen Finnerty (Tom) of Charleston, Pamela Saunders (Bill) of Lexington and Linda Littlejohn of Norman, Oklahoma. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
