He was predeceased by: his wife Imogene Howard Massengale; and his parents, Leroy Massengale and Myrtle Cantrell Massengale. He is survived by: his son Timothy Gene Massengale of Taylors; his siblings, Roger Massengale of Greer, Byron Massengale of Blue Ridge and Joye Alexander of Greer; his grandsons, Timothy, II and Chance; and his great grandchild Mikayla.
