It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guy A. Porter (Greer, South Carolina), born in Central, South Carolina, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Greg Anthony Porter and Sandra Whiting; and his close friend Betty Lynn Cravens. He is survived by: his brothers, Gilbert "Gill" Raymond Porter (John William Porter) of Fountain Inn and Chuck Turner; and his grandchildren, Shelley Hudson, Brittany Turner, April Crowe, MacKenzie Whiting and Bree Turner.
The family respectfully request that masks be worn, and social distancing be practiced at the service.
