He was predeceased by: his parents, Lieutenant Colonel Joe W. and Edith Kilpatrick Reid. He is survived by: his wife Anita Beddingfield Reid; his children, Matthew K. Reid (Lindsey) of Clinton, Ashley Reid-Wormgoor (Steve) of Campobello and Kenneth E. Forte (Nicole) of Inman; and his grandchildren, Claire, Maxen Reid, Tucker, Porter and Sutter Wormgoor.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 1895 Greenville Hwy, Hendersonville, NC 28731.
