He is survived by: his close friend Pam Carter; his children, Tim Carter (Carolyn) of Morristown, TN, Jason Carter (Rose) of Mooresville, NC, Austin Carter of Greer and Heather Carter of Greer; his brothers, Anthony Tooley of Greer and Jimmy Ray Tooley (Lisa) of Greer; his nephew Matthew; and his niece Jessica Tooley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
