He was predeceased by : his parents, James Henry and Ressie Lucinda Smith Parker. He is survived by : his wife Alethea Alina Anders Parker; and his sisters, Norma Jean Parker Compton of Hampton and Brenda Jo Parker Owens (Steven) of Sparta, Tennessee..
