He is survived by: his children, James Rodney Seay (Susan) of Chelsea, Alabama and Sherry Jon Copeland (Victor) of Conroe, Texas; his grandchildren, Caroline Seay Long (Hayden), James Carson Seay (Maddie), Jonathan Phillip Elliott and Zachary "Zach" David Turner; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Long, Darcy Long, Cooper Long and William Robert Seay.
