He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Cecil and Joyce Ann Nodine Wilson; and his sister Tammy Ann Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wilson; his children, Amanda Aho (Rhett) of Greer, Tasha Wilson (Thomas Griffin) of Greer and Austin Wilson of Greer; and his siblings, Frankie Wilson (Vicki), Anthony Wilson (Sheila), Johnny Mills and Jennifer Burnette (Chad). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
