He is survived by : his parents, Keith Vernon and Shelby Simmons Thomason of Greer; his wife Kimberly Truluck Thomason; his children, Joshua Sean Thomason (Lauren) of Simpsonville, Jacob Ty Thomason of Greenville and Jessie Lane Carroll (Tyler) of Simpsonville; his brothers, Scott Thomason and Brent Thomason (Melisa) of Greer; his grandchildren, Laney Ann Carroll, Ellie Jewel Carroll, Evelyn Grace Carroll, Wyatt Sean Thomason, Jace David Thomason and Scarlet Layne Thomason; his nephews, Gregory Daniel Thomason, Andrew Scott Thomason and Timothy Trace Hudson; his niece Taylor Marie Hudson; and his pet John Wayne "Duke".
