He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hovie "Bill" Revis and Frances Marie Babb Revis; and his sister Judy Lambright. He is survived by: his wife Lavera Gwendolyn "Gwen" Norris Revis; his children, Nancy Stancil, Jeannie Henry (Bob), Joy Cox (Alan), Jackie Buffington, Carol Poole (Jerry) and Scott Revis; and his siblings, Jane Cochran and Jon Revis (Jean).
A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Burnsview Baptist Church (9690 Reidville Rd, Greer, SC 29651). Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 3:15 PM to 3:30 PM at the Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery (705 Anderson Ridge Rd, Greer, SC 29651).
