It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe C. Williams (Greer, South Carolina), who passed away on April 29, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joe C. Williams to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey H Williams, Sr. and Bernice Brannon Williams; his wife Geraldine Starnes Williams; his stepson Roger Starnes; and his siblings, Clarice Lister, Nelle Griffin, Don Williams and Charles Williams.

He is survived by: his brothers, Dewey Williams (Skin) of Taylors and Ken Williams (Donna) of Marietta; his stepsons, Jerry, Mike and Ricky Starnes; and his close friends, Janice Hammond, Julie and Scott Holcombe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
