He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Earl and Gladys Odell Pollard Chumley; and his daughter Kalyn Chumley Baker. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Thomas Chumley; his daughter Kimberly Collins (Michael) of Duncan; his siblings, Raymond Lee Chumley of Reidville, Barbara Chumley Dunn of Woodruff and Gladys Evelyn Chumley McGahee of Reidville; and his grandchildren, Lincoln Baker, Logan Collins and Avery Collins.
