She is survived by: her daughter Emily Sims of Greenville; her grandchildren, Bo Sims (Meredith) and David Sims; and her great grandchildren, Kathryn, Harper, Olivia, Veronica, Jasper and Augusta.
The lying in state was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Memorial United Methodist Church (201 N Main St, Greer, SC 29650-1924). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
