She is survived by: her husband Jacob "Jake" Perry; her children, Jennifer Fralick (Rick) of Rocky Mount, Elisabeth Kiker of Taylors and Jacob Perry II of Taylors; her granddaughters, Rachel Fralick, Hannah Kiker and Kit Kiker; and her siblings, Kay Crane of Appomattox, Joy, Dinny Sullivan of Port Clinton, Ohio. and John L. Sullivan of Port Clinton, Ohio..
