With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Larry Wilson (Greer, South Carolina), born in Newport, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Larry left this world on March 2, 2026 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Wilson and Ruth Demeler Wilson; and his sister Beverly Pelle. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Emmons Wilson; his children, Larry Wilson (Jenny) of Ft. Thomas, Lori Clements (Todd) of Union, Brad Lee (Michelle) of Sadieville and Brandi Wilson (Drew) of Greer; his brother Robert Wilson (Carol); and his grandchildren, Natalie Wilson, Larry Wilson, Caitlin McCune, Ryan Clements, Lauren Clements, Carrie Lee, Samantha Lee, Brody Wilson and Colton Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (100 School St, Greer, SC 29651). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Century #3 (112 S Main St, Greer, SC 29650).
