We announce the death of Mary A. Bruce (Greer, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on September 9, 2026, at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Brockman Bruce; her parents, George Rector and Sadie Simpson Sweet; and her granddaughter Heather Bruce. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Bruce (Margaret) of Taylors, Cindy Mace (Jeff) of Taylors, Denice Bruce of Boone and Sammy Bruce (Danita) of Simpsonville; her grandchildren, Elizabeth McCoy (Ryan), Ashleigh Bruce, Emily Sargent (Brandon), Mandy Reames (Scott) and Bradley Altenhofen; and her great grandchildren, Meadow McCoy, Elliot McCoy, Noelan Sargent, Benjamin Sargent, Chandlers Reames, Hailey Reames and Blake Reames.
