She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Pruitt and Roy Pruitt; and her husband Timothy Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Taylor and Patti Taylor; her siblings, Susan Brown, Joan McKone (Bob), Sharon Freeman (Major) and Tim Pruitt (Marcia); her nieces and nephews, Holly Brown, Amy Wheeler (Mike), Ashley Queen, Robbie Bingham (Candace), Michael Wilson (Cara), Steven Wilson (Holly) and Matthew Pruitt; and her close friends, Susan and Robert Ambrose. She is also survived by neighbors, and her many dear church friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
