She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Somero and Edith Somero of New Ipswich; her husband Howard Anderson; her brother Ronald Somero; and her son-in-law Daniel Lampinen. She is also survived by her five children along with their spouse, fifteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, three sisters, one sister-in-law, three brothers-in-law, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Eastside Apostolic Lutheran Church (2200 Mays Bridge Rd, Greer, SC 29651). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
